1. Purpose:

This Retail Rebate Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which consumers can qualify for and redeem rebates on purchases made at authorized Benelli dealers.

2.Eligibility:

To be eligible for a rebate, consumers must meet the following criteria:

a.    Purchase a qualifying 2024 Benelli TNT 135 from an Authorized Benelli Dealer within the specified time frame.

b.    Provide accurate and complete information for rebate processing.

Adhere to any additional eligibility requirements specified for each rebate promotion.

3. Rebate Submission:

a.    Consumers must submit the following documentation for rebate processing.

-Completed rebate form. Consumers can find the rebate form below.

-Proof of purchase (Dealership sales agreement or invoice)

-A copy of a government-issued identification

b.    All submissions must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2024

4. Processing Time:

Rebate processing time will be 4-6 weeks.

5. Payment Method:

a.    Rebates will be issued to the purchaser listed on the provided sales agreement or invoice in the form of a company check and mailed to the consumer’s address listed on the sales agreement or invoice. The name and address on the Rebate Form and sales agreement or invoice must match for the rebate to be processed and paid.

b.    Rebate checks are void if not cashed within 60 days of issuance and cannot be reissued.

6.Exclusions:

a.    The following purchases are excluded from rebate eligibility:

-Earlier model year products, i.e. products other than 2024 model year

-Any product that is not a 2024Benelli TNT 135

b.    Dealership personnel are excluded from receiving a rebate incentive and should refer to the Employee Purchase Program for incentive opportunities.

c.     Units purchased by the dealer as demo units are not eligible for a Retail Rebate

Units purchased outside of the promotion period are excluded from the rebate incentive.

7.Limitations:

a.    Limited to 1 retail rebate per unit purchased.

8. Fraud Prevention:

a.    Keeway America reserves the right to investigate and deny any rebates for suspected fraudulent activity.

9.Modifications:

a.    Keeway America reserves the right to modify or terminate rebate programs at any time without prior notice.

10. Privacy:

a.    Keeway America will handle participant data in accordance with our privacy policy.

b.    Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. General Conditions:

a.    Keeway America is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete rebate claims.

b.    Decisions regarding eligibility and incentive distribution are at the discretion of Keeway America.

a.    This rebate program complies with all relevant state laws and regulations across the United States.
